Centre Policy
01. Our Check-in and check-out time is 10 am.
02. Any visitor under the age of 18 must always be accompanied by their parents or legal guardian. Patients who fall into the following categories ought to avoid from coming to the centre:-
- Expectant mothers,
- Individuals with unsteady cardiac conditions,
- Individuals with special needs and limited mobility,
- Individuals with cancer who are past the second stage,
- Individuals suffering from tuberculosis,
- Individuals with any persistent skin conditions,
- Individuals with any terminal illnesses, such as HIV and STDs,
- Individuals addicted to vices like alcohol, drugs, tobacco use in any form, smoking, etc.
03. If you have any other serious medical conditions, please speak with our doctors and therapists before making any bookings.
04. Non-resident visitors are not allowed to stay with our guests. Furthermore, we highly recommend that visitors spend their entire stay inside the wellness centre.
05. Any use of alcohol, chewing tobacco, or smoking on the property will warrant a Rs. 5000/-.
06. Our experienced doctors, therapists and dieticians will supervise all of your meal plans, including snacks. In addition to not allowing outside or packed food on the premises, we do not serve tea, coffee, or non-vegetarian food at our Aadee Aharshala.
07. It is requested of visitors to bring clothing appropriate for their stay at the centre.
08. Available paid laundry service.
09. Guest are required to purchase swimwear to enter pool and yoga mats for use on the property, unless they bring their own.
10. Aadee doesn’t provide cross gender therapies.
11. Personal items that are stolen or lost are not the Centre’s responsibility.
12. Any miss happening must be reported right away to the on duty managers.
13. Participants are urged to notify supervisors at the Wellness Centre of any necessary maintenance or repairs.
14. If any damage occurred by resident visitor to the centre’s assets or equipment will be billed to the accountable party.
15. Guests are not allowed to bring their own pets.
16.Electronic devices such as water heating rods, kettles, induction plate, and irons are prohibited.
17. It is forbidden to use any kind of weapon.
18. When snapping photos, visitors are asked to respect the privacy of other people on the property.
19. Any Posters and signs cannot be affixed to any wall without the Founder’s committee’s prior consent.
20. Visitors to the Wellness Centre are expected to behave in a way that complies with Aadee’s policies. Profanity or abusive language will not be accepted .Spitting and fighting are not permitted, and non-compliance will result in immediate termination from the Centre. Behaviour shouldn’t interfere with or divert from other people’s leisure activities.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
Government taxes are extra and will be assessed in accordance with the rates in effect during the stay.
- Payment:
- 50% of the total cost must be paid in advance at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% due upon arrival.
- The reservation will automatically be released if the advance is not received within one working day of the reservation being made.
- Cancellation & Refund:
- Less than 20 days of arrival: 100% refund of the total amount paid.
Less than 15 days of arrival: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Less than 10 days of arrival: No refund. - Early check-out or No show: Full amount will be charged.
*Aadee wellness maintains the right to request that any visitor to leave who disobeys rules and regulations. Centre’s Security will be notified and the member might be referred for disciplinary action if cooperation is not received right away.*
