  • We believe good health is not conceivable without a healthy diet which must be natural, nutritious and tasty. Our dietitians ensure that food remains as close to its natural state as feasible, with a focus on seasonal fruits and vegetables.

 

  • At Aadee’s Aaharshala we only use natural flavours, herbs and spices to enhance the taste of our recipes. Like we only use rock salts to add minerals and flavour to the food. For sweetness natural sweeteners like jaggery and honey are used. Fresh lemons, curry leaves, and mint are collected from in house herbal garden to enhance the recipes.

 

  • Different types of herbal leaves are collected from Aadee’s herbal garden to make herbal tea and add it to smoothies and detox juices. Milk is sourced from cows at the nearby gaushala. All milk products like curd, buttermilk and cottage cheese are made fresh in the aaharshala.

 

  •  As stated by Govenrment of India we are following the theme of the International Year of Millets of 2023 “Healthy Millets, Healthy People.”  Each kind of millet has unique benefit both nutritionally and environmentally.

 

  • We intend to emphasize on the use and health benefits of several types of millets, including Pearl millet (Bajra), Finger Millet (Ragi), Foxtail Millet (Kangni), Proso Millet (Chena), Kodo Millet (Kodon), Little Millet (Kutki) and Barnyard Millet (Sanwa).

 

  • We use healthy cooking techniques like steaming, roasting and grilling while keeping cooking temperatures low, so as to retain as much of the natural flavour and nutrients as possible.

Guests are ensured that while eating they also learn that if the diet is right, health will automatically follow.
